You pay NO commissions or fees!

In fact, We Pay You... up to ONE-HALF (1/2) of our Sales Commission.

How it works:

  1. You provide us with your property search criteria;
  2. We will enter your search criteria into the Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) and send you emails of properties that match your criteria;
  3. You will schedule showings with the listing agent & preview all homes (you will notify the Realtor that you are represented by Agent Realty, Inc.);
  4. When you are ready to make an offer, you will contact us to negotiate the price and terms on your behalf and to prepare the contract and other necessary documents;
  5. Once the transaction is complete and closed, we will refund to you up to ONE-HALF (1/2) of the amount of any sales commission that WE receive (we typically get paid 2-3% of the sale price).

As an example, on a home sale of $400,000, in which we received a 3% sales commission ($12,000), you will receive “cash-back” of $6,000.
