How can we afford to make this offer?
This is a common question that we receive because this offer seems to good to be true. The simple answer is that the money we give back to you is money we would have
otherwise spent on advertising our services. Approximately 21-43% of a Realtor’s time and expenses are spent on attracting new clients.
The time and money they spend looking for new clients takes away from the time and service that they can spend marketing your property or finding you a new property.
As a Seller, how can I get "double" cash-back?
If you sell your property using our services, you would get 1% cash back from that sale.
If you then buy another property using our services, you would get another 1% cash back from the subsequent purchase.
Will I have to pay a higher commission rate?
Absolutely not. As a Buyer, there is no commission to be paid by you at all
(in Illinois, the realtors’ commissions are paid by the Seller). As a Seller, the commission you will pay will be the customary rate of Five Percent (5%).
Will I receive the same services as I would from a "typical" realty company?
Yes... and much, much more. Your property will be marketed using all of the customary resources and some of the latest technologies.
Your property will be listed on the MLS and on Realtor.com websites and using a variety of other resources. Plus,
you will have the advantage of having an experienced attorney to negotiate and prepare your sales contract, disclosures and related documents.
Most importantly, you will have the good advice and counsel of a trained professional who has years of experience in real estate closings and litigation.
